today im doing a english version of the blog
incase if there is a english speaker
who dont understand japanese!
anyway im going to talk about the importance
of your posture for your well being and for training!
the most important part to your posture is your pelvis!!
when your pelvis is at the wrong position,
your spine will be at the wrong placement and this
will create the bad posture.
now let me tell you what happens when you have a wrong placement plevis,
you will have inverted butt, around back and shoulders
chin will stick out and your knees will stick out either towrads front or back,
all this will cause big problems to your health and body
such as headaches heavy shoulders with pain
back pain knee pain and so on,
plus when you exercise half your muscles wont activate,,,!!!
when i say your muscles wont active it really means it wont be active at all!
it may seem like its doing the work but when your bones are not in there right places,
the muscle cannot move to their full motion and wont be able to work as they suppose to!
to have your posture right, you must do the right stretches and
exercise in the right form!
it way take time to get your posture right and the form right but it is a must!
and for some people will not be easy, but its better than having a unreliable body
sometime soon or later in life!
please take your time to study the right form for stretches and exercise!

resources out there that will help you as well!
