today’s topic is the CORE muscle for
golf training and to increase the score!
the most important thing in golf if the swing !
but the CORE muscles are there to support that perfect swing
the sport of golf does not require a large muscles mass.
but it requires a lot of CORE strength
otherwise all “body builders” will be good at golf!!!
when performing your swing, it requires speed ,stable lower body,
flexible but strong torso stable and CORE to create your swing
golf swing is a small and fast movement!
this is the reason why you dont need that much a muscle mass to
perform in golf.
so this CORE muscles
how do you create it?
it requires lot of balance type of training …
just jogging and doing some cable machines
at your nearest commercial gym wont create them!!
the excise its self is not a big movement but you must
focus and use all type tiny muscles you have in your body!
there are too many CORE exercises out there to mention
but at the same time there is so many great resources out there
so you can access to many great exercises!
but if you search for CORE exercises such as plank
you can find many others!
so if you are GOLFER please train you core as much as you can
for your perfect swing.
you do not need big muscle mass to do so!!
